When Liberty Boat Group needed to sell 80 boats in 2025, they faced a bigger issue than inventory.
 

They didn’t own their digital sales engine.
 

Their domain redirected to a third-party listing site. There was no centralized CRM.

No integrated lead tracking. No scalable marketing system.
 

They partnered with Kirby Consulting and HCM to change that.
 

In just 2.5 months, we transformed a redirect page into a fully integrated digital revenue platform, complete with brand strategy, website, CRM integration, paid media activation, and full-funnel analytics.
 

For a brand-new website, performance landed near, and in some areas above, established industry benchmarks.
