This is our most flexible and cost-effective option. We'll work diligently to find the perfect candidate for your marketing or sales role, and you only pay a fee if you hire someone we present.

Retained Recruiting

Ideal for those mission-critical roles that need to be filled quickly with top-tier talent. With a retained search, we become an extension of your team, conducting an in-depth search and providing exclusive access to a curated pool of candidates.

Exclusive Search

Similar to retained search, but with an even higher level of focus and commitment. We'll work exclusively on your search, ensuring undivided attention  for those urgent and highly specialized positions.

investment & engagement structure

Recruiting partnerships are structured on a success-based model. For contingent searches, there is no upfront investment, you only pay a placement fee if you hire a candidate I introduce.

Fees are calculated as a percentage of the candidate's first-year base salary, typically around 20%, ensuring our incentives are fully aligned.

 

For retained and exclusive searches, a portion of the fee is paid upfront to secure dedicated search commitment, with the balance due upon successful placement.
