Freedom Boat Club of the Lower Hudson Valley is seeking a high-performing, relationship-driven Membership Sales Executive to lead our growth across the premier waters of New Jersey and New York. This is an Exempt – Outside Sales role designed for a closer who thrives on networking, community integration, and the boating lifestyle. In this role, you aren’t just selling a service; you’re selling the opportunity for making memories with family and friends through access to worldwide boating.

Compensation: Commission Only: 100% commission-based role. Average earnings for new reps: $5,000–$7,000/month. Top performers earn $100k+ annually.

Your Mission: Build the Club
​
Exceed monthly and quarterly membership sales targets through education of prospective members and expert lead conversion and "Peace of Mind" plan integration.
​
Proactively generate leads by partnering with local realtors, businesses, and HOAs, and representing FBC at major boat shows and festivals.
​
Collaborate on member socials including: Freedom Anglers, SeaSisters, to enhance the member experience and attract high-value prospects.
​
Work across the NJ-NY territory to support fellow Membership Sales Executives and ensure dock staff are optimized for lead capture.
​
Participate in high-level marketing discussions to evaluate channel effectiveness and ROI on lead generation.

Qualifications:

Sales Hunter Mentality- proven experience in outside sales, high-end hospitality, or membership-based models.

NJ-NY Geographic Knowledge- familiarity with the Jersey City and/or Lower Hudson Valley markets is a significant plus.

Flexible & Self-Motivated- ability to flex your schedule (including weekends/holidays) to meet the seasonal demands of the boating industry.

Relationship Expert- exceptional ability to build trust quickly with diverse community organizations and high-net-worth individuals.

Uncapped Commission: 10% commission on all initiation fees collected.
